Banana Bread

⅓ cup
½ cup
1¾ cups

1 cup mashed (about 3)

Cream together shortening and sugar; add eggs and beat well. Sift together dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with banana, blending well after each addition. Pour into well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from pan; cool on rack. Wrap and store overnight.
