Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs Russet Potatoes
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 6 tbsp Butter
  • 1 (8oz) package Shredded Colby-Monterey Jack Cheese Blend
  • 1 (8oz) bottle Ranch Dressing

Instructions

preheat oven to 400 degrees. lightly grease 9 x 13 baking dish. Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch cubes and place in baking dish. season with chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cut butter into cubes and evenly distribute over the potatoes. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour until potatoes are tender. Remove from oven, and mix in the cheese and ranch dressing. Continue cooking 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
