Chocolate Jif Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Marshmallow Crème
  • ½ cup Evaporated Milk
  • ⅓ cup Jif Peanut Butter Baking Stick
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 cup (6oz pkg) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

Butter 8-in square pan. Combine sugar, marshmallow crème, evaporated milk, Jif Peanut Butter Baking Stick, and salt in large saucepan. Stir constantly on low heat until blended and mixture comes to boil. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add chocolate. Stir until well blended. Stir in vanilla. Pour into buttered pan. Cool. Cut in candy sized pieces. Store in covered container. Makes 1-1½ pounds.
