Christmas Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup Sugar
• ¾ cup softened Butter or Margarine
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 2½ cups Flour
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

Add sugar, butter eggs, and vanilla in bowl and beat until creamy. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Cover bowl and chill for at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll out dough to about ⅛” thick. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 7-9 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen.
